Frequently asked questions
About the balms
Which balm should I choose?
Renew is our overnight balm for dull, uneven-looking lips. Calm is a cooling balm for very dry, chapped lips. Nourish is for everyday hydration. Restore is our richest balm for rough, stressed lips. Shop the balms.
How often should I use them?
Use Renew nightly. Use Calm, Nourish and Restore as often as needed, day or night.
How long until I see a difference?
Lips often feel softer quickly. Changes in the look of lip tone take consistent use over several weeks, and results vary from person to person.
Can I wear them under lipstick?
Yes. All four work as a smooth base under lip color.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Do a small patch test first and stop use if irritation occurs. Our balms contain natural oils and botanicals, so check each product's ingredients for anything you are allergic to. If you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or are under a doctor's care, ask your healthcare provider before use.
Does Renew contain lemon?
Yes. Lemon can make skin more sun-sensitive, so use it at night and wear SPF on your lips during the day.
Does Nourish contain honey?
Yes. Honey is a bee-derived ingredient, so Nourish is not suitable if you avoid bee products.
